ABOUT THE ROLE – TALENT SOURCER
For our growing need, we are looking for an experienced professional passionate about attracting and engaging top-tier talents. If you are a natural explorer of novel and emerging methodologies in the Talent Acquisition industry, if you are experienced in sourcing and attracting talent within the tech industry, whether in-house or within an agency, if delivering an exceptional candidate and stakeholder experience is your primary focus, then this role may align perfectly with your aspirations.
- Collaborate with the Hiring Managers and HRs to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Discover new and utilize already existing sourcing methods, including but not limited to online job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals, to identify and engage with potential candidates.
- Conduct pre-screening interviews to evaluate candidates’ soft skills, cultural fit, and overall qualifications.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain all job boards and companies’ profiles.
- Provide a positive candidate experience by communicating clearly and professionally throughout the hiring process, including feedback to candidates in a timely manner.
- Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and market conditions to inform recruitment strategies.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR
You would feel in the right place with us if you:
- At least 3 years of professional experience in sourcing different IT profiles, preferably from a recruitment agency;
- Proven track record of successfully placing candidates in a variety of IT roles;
- Well-developed candidate pool/network;
- Proven experience with LinkedIn and other relevant sources;
- Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- A proactive person with excellent communication and interpersonal skills and ability to deal with 3rd party providers;
- Result-oriented team player with abilities to easily switch between priorities;
- Excellent command of English (written and spoken).
