Bianor Services Boosts Its Defense Industry Division with a Stellar Hire

A former Telecommunications and Electronics Engineer on F-16 aircraft of the Hellenic Air Force, Vasileios Miliotis Ph.D., joins Bianor as a Business Development Director

Sofia, Bulgaria, October 26, 2023 – Vasileios Miliotis, Ph.D., is the new Business Development Director, Defense Division at Bianor Services. Miliotis is a former Head of the IT and Networks Department at the 111th Combat Wing of the Hellenic Air Force and an Adjunct Professor at the International Hellenic University. Prior to joining Bianor, Miliotis ran a consulting business on the cross-section of aerospace and AI.

Miliotis is a Hellenic Air Force Academy graduate in Telecommunications and Electronics Engineering with a Ph.D. in Wireless Communications and Network Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya. He has graduated from the Imperial College Business School with Distinction within the Dean’s top 10% list.
